Very Fine Roman Empire silver denarius coin. Struck for Marcus Aurelius as Caesar under Emperor Antoninus Pius at the Rome Mint. RIC 429a, RSC 110, approx 18mm. Dated COS II = 145/6 CE. Youthful portrait of this Prince and heir to the Empire. Certified by NGC to VF Flan Flaw. Part of NGC's Vault Box Odyssey 2025 limited release. Obverse: AVRELIVS CAESAR AVG PII F, bare head right. Reverse: COS II, Honos standing left, holding branch and cornucopia. Honos was the Roman god personifying honor.
