Type of money Columbus and his sailors would have carried during their voyages of discovery to the New World. Certified by NGC to MS 63, Population Census: 2 coins, only 1 higher. Well struck and centered with readable legends. Obverse: Crowned arms of Spain, flanked by mint mark (G) and denomination (II), FERNANDVS ET ELISABET. Reverse: Arrows and yoke, assayer letter (R) at right, REX·ET·REGINA·CAST·LEGIO.
