Very Fine England Great Britain hammered sterling silver 6 pence coin. Struck for Queen a Elizabeth I at the Tower Mint. Spink S-2562, 3.03g, approx 25mm. Mint mark Ermine, located approx. 1:00 obverse & reverse. Rare date Mint Error where the "2" in the date was punched inverted and then not corrected. Well struck & centered with near perfect medal alignment. Queen wearing crown and fancy bodice, Tudor rose behind.  Certified by NGC to VF 35, Population Census: This coin, NONE higher.  Obverse legend: ELIZABETH D G ANG FR ET HI REGINA (Elizabeth by the grace of God Queen of England France & Ireland). Reverse legend: POSVI DEV  ADIVTOREM MEV (I have made God my helper).
