Croissant dough diamond as big as your hand.  We fill this one with frangipane and bake.  Out of the oven we fill it with luscious lemon curd and raspberry jam and top with raspberries and a shower of powdered sugar.   *every pastry we make has come in contact with nuts, but this pastry also has nuts inside.
