Nonalcoholic Sparkling Rose

Like Woody’s Blanc de Blanc, their non-alcoholic Sparkling Rosé is crafted in California using organic Mendocino Chardonnay. The alcohol is gently removed through vacuum distillation to preserve the wine's character, then enhanced with natural flavors, a touch of sugar, & light carbonation. A small addition of unfermented red grape blend creates a more complex, fruit-forward flavor profile. The result is a crisp, off-dry rosé with bright berry notes & a delicate mineral finish.
