Load up this 11" tall aluminum loading pin with Olympic or bumper plates, attach your favorite grip implement, and get to lifting.     Quick release pin design for use with griplements including The Flask. 6-series aluminum makes this a complete workhorse that is lighter to ship. If you don't have a carabiner, honestly the cheapest solution is a trip to your local hardware store. A good carabiner is available locally for cheaper than we can provide. Check that the carabiner capacity matches your lifting plans.
