Spherical Ice Cube Tray

This ice cube tray produces large, spherical ice cubes that are more than a mere novelty: spheres have less surface area than cubes, which means the ice melts slower and keeps drinks colder with less dilution. Made in Japan, a country with a decidedly sophisticated cocktail culture, the two-part tray is made of BPA-free plastic. Makes three ice spheres that are about the size of billiard balls.
