Parisian Stockman Dress Form

An early 1900's Stockman's dress form.  Hand crafted from paper mache since the brands introduction in 1867, this French mannequin is finished in fabric and fitted on a removable base.  Stockman and Siegel grew their business during the early 1920's and 1930's establishing themselves as couture dress form makers after the war.  Today, their branding retains its value as a nostalgic recall of the Parisian fashion district.
