Often referred to as “codd neck bottles”, these soda bottles date back to the Victorian Era: late 1800s - early 1900s. The marble and rubber gasket were a practical addition to keep beverages carbonated. Kids during this period would often break their bottles open after finishing their drink, and play marbles with their friends. Each bottle is unique, showing normal signs of wear for their age, with varying advertising brands on their face. Each bottle is sold individually. Small Bottles Approx: 7.5" tall X 2.25" wide Large Bottles Approx: 9" tall 2.5" wide
