Day 05

Day 05 of “My Heart”8x8 - Gallery wrapped canvas Today is the fifth day of 28 days of daily paintings that will drop first thing each morning. Each day, I’ll tell a little bit about my story as an artist and how it makes me who I am. I hope in sharing these little pieces of my heart, you will know how much painting means to me. As I continued in my studies, I ended up with a degree in fine arts, with about half of my classes being photography and the other half painting courses. When I graduated, I was unattached and had no idea what I should do. I had been taking tons of pictures by that time, so the natural progression was to continue that as a means of support. I decided to move to Arkansas with my sister, and take some courses in Graphic Design…which morphed into another degree. That’s also where I met my husband.
