It is a symbol of continual rebirth, growth, and power. Rise of the Phoenix was created to be a more traditional representation of a fire phoenix. It is one of my favorite pieces that perfectly encapsulates my goal of capturing your attention from far away and continues to get even better as you look closer. This was created using several acrylic painting methods and treatments. The way the various colors blend perfectly together providing a natural flame look is something I continuously strive for and use as a reference for future creations.
