Eileen Seitz Eileen Seitz was born in Midtown Manhattan on June 28, 1951.  Her artistic world began when she was eight years old.  At age thirteen, she won a first-place award for an oil painting in a New York City Street art show.  At sixteen, she sold her first oil painting to a New York city art dealer.  Eileen attended Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, New York, studying Fine Arts in drawing, oil painting, and watercolors.
