ILPs or Inter Labial Pads (( 3 Set Mystery Bundles )) ILPs are made of 2 layers of Organic Bamboo Velour ILPs or Inter Labial Pads are Mini Cloth Pads Fold or Roll the ILP to whatever shape is most comfortable and tuck between your Labia covering the Vaginal opening. Do Not Insert. Just tuck between the lips. This will act as a wick to slow and direct a heavy, gushing flow, to the center of your pad. Can also be used for light spotting with or without a back up pad. Be sure to take note and remove the ILP before sitting on the toilet. Many ILPs have been lost to the porcelain throne.
