The Florence Griswold art museum in Connecticut is one of my favorite places to visit. It was once a retreat for famous artists like John Singer Sargent and George Inness. Hidden behind the museum is a beautiful river view, providing endless inspiration for countless artists for over a century. This spot holds a special place in my heart which reflects in this soft and tranquil oil painting on paper.
