Nepenthes spathulata x hamata, BE-3843

Nepenthes spathulata x hamata exhibits the wicked peristome from hamata Tambusisi form with the beautiful shape of Nepenthes spathulata. We find these to be strong growers that hold a large number of pitchers. Plants are best grown under highland conditions but can also grow as intermediates. The plants for sale are from Borneo Exotics, BE-3843. This grex exhibits a beautiful color gradient across the peristome as it opens.
