Handpainted and researched map of Mongolia in the interwar period. China's capital is Nanjing, not Beijing, and the Soviet Union is north of Mongolia. Tannu Tuva is not depicted. Russian Cyrillic would come to replace the traditional Mongolian script, painted here in calligraphy ink.High quality giclee print available at various sizes. The actual detail is greater than in the photos, which have been compressed.Unfortunately, I do not typically sell my prints with the frames but if that is something you are interested in, please contact me directly. Additionally, if you are interested in the original rather than a print, please contact me directly.
