A very elegant nose with complex aromas of fresh sugar cane, banana, pineapple, and subtle notes of citrus fruits like lemon and lime. The nose also expresses herbal and peppery notes. On the palate, the first impression in the mouth is quite sharp and then the rum fills the mouth with highlighted herbal, peppery and minty aromas. The finish is long, with a light bitterness and a touch of exotic fruits.
