1940's Griswold #108 Skillet Griddle, Large block logo, c/n 201. Great for everyday flat iron. Restord and ready to use!

This Griswold Griddle "Skillet" is a versatile piece of historical cookware for your gourmet kitchen. This griddle was a part of a collection in northern PA. The collector built most of their collections in the 1970's, but then kept many of them in his garage for decades. They've now been brought back into circulation and this one is a great one to have. The pan has been cleaned via Electrolysis and has been seasoned three times so it is ready to use. We use ours everyday for a quick grilled cheese or egg omelettes. Awesome utility pan! It does not sit flat so best used on gas or electric coil tops. The surface has beautiful milling, but there is some wear of the surface sheen that will cover over with use.
