See our complete collection at www.castandclarabell.com This Danish style Aebleskiver, Variation #6 made by Wagner with the Griswold pattern, is one of a few variations made by the famous foundry. There are multiple versions of Aebleskivers, and the most prized are the fully marked ones like this. The markings are both incised and raised and it is in great condition. It sits flat and has no damage visible. It has been restored and seasoned three times with our blend, making it ready to use once you receive it. We use ours often on weekends when there are hungry kids looking for something different for breakfast. We make lots of things with this versatile pan, but our most favorite would be "Egg Bombs". Warm the pan, then apply a good coating of your favorite oil or grease, and crack some fresh eggs in each spot. We save the center one for water, then cover and steam the eggs until they are cooked outside and runny inside! They pop right out onto the plate! See our website
