We came across this waffle iron from a collection sold to us. One of the ball joint ends has a repair to it. It‘s different from most repairs we‘ve seen, where the work appears very old, almost as if it were done by the factory. We have had a few vintage pieces where repairs were done clearly after damage by the owner. But this one looks almost as if it were original to the piece. That is where our knowledge ends so we leave it to you to decide. It works beautifully but since it isn‘t a collector grade, we have discounted the price to reflect the repair.
