DiscoFruit- Cantaloupe and Honeydew

This 8 inch x 10 inch acrylic painting is done on a canvas panel. The background consists of a blue background that contrasts the green, orange and browns of the cantaloupe and honeydew interiors and exteriors. The exteriors of the melons are covered in mirrors reflecting the colors of background and colors of the fruit. The interior of the fruit is visible on areas of the fruit that are cut open. There is a wavy black and a white bands of lines that weaves through the fruit and reflecting off the mirrors on the fruit.* *Each artwork will slightly vary in appearance in person compared to the colors in the photo.
