Procure Health Economy Name Badge

Help people identify and remember you with a ProCure Health name badge. This badge is printed on 2.13" x 3.38" .030 PVC plastic, printed in full color and comes with a black reel.  Note: When you check out, select "this is a reorder" in the graphic design field. After you add a Procure Health name badge to your shopping cart, you will see a "Special Instructions" field where you can enter your first and last name and your title. After you have purchased your name badge, we will email a proof to you for approval. Once the proof is approved, we will send the project to print and mail the badge to the address you designate.
