PRE-ORDER 2022 Due Santi Rosso

The University of Dallas Due Santi Rosso 2022 will be coming to the USA soon. UD has partnered with the legendary Lazio producer Colle Picchioni to produce the wines from our exceptional organic vineyard, and 2022 represents our first vintage from this new partnership.  As part of the agreement, Colle Picchioni will add fruit from our vineyard to their wines and, in return, bottling between 1200 and 1500 bottles of reserve-level red wine exclusively from our Due Santi Vineyard. I tasted the 2022 Due Santi Rosso on my most recent trip to Rome, and I was immediately taken with this very serious but remarkably drinkable blend of 60% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 10% Cabernet Franc from our newest vineyard on the hill above the campus. To this date, it is the most elegant and richest wine we have ever produced at Due Santi and a gorgeous wine to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the Eugene Constantin Rome Campus at Due Santi.
