Heir Apparent Los Carneros Pinot Noir 2020 The 2020 season will be remembered for factors beyond the normal measurements. In Napa Valley, it was a warm, dry winter that didn’t start seeing rain and cold weather until the end of March. The red wine harvest will be smaller than usual, but our winemakers remain not only optimistic but committed to bottling wines of the highest quality.  This beautiful medium-colored Pinot Noir offers beautiful red fruit and spice on the nose. The palate is balanced with subtle acidity along with floral and red fruit characters. The finish is medium to long with hints of oak. This wine, born of robust vines that stretch with vigor from rugged soil, is that reward. Savor it now, or better yet, be patient, and allow it to mature so that you may enjoy its full character.
