Make your own house shaped mini cushion (and a bonus leaf!) with this tea towel craft kit or keep in one piece and use it as a tea towel to dry your dishesHow to make You will need A Make Your Own House Cushion Tea Towel Craft Kit A pair of sharp scissors (ideally fabric scissors) or pinking shears Dressmaker’s pins A sewing needle and thread (for hand stitching), or a sewing machine Material for stuffing your cushions (this can be toy stuffing, yarn scraps, pulses – whatever you prefer to use!) A steam iron Instructions Iron your fabric so as to remove any creases. Cut around each shape using a sharp pair of fabric scissors. Put the two green leaf pieces to one side for now. Place the front and back of the two yellow house shapes right sides together, line them up and pin the two sides together.
