The grapes are produced in middle slope vineyards which are over 30 years old, located in Mouraz, Tondela, with an altitude of 300 m / 400 m and granite soil. After a strict selection in the vines, the grapes were transported in small boxes to the winery. The natural vinification took place in steel tanks with a long maceration. It’s a field-blend.
