In addition to the 500 mL Glass Hydrometer Cylinder and the Armored Thermometer upgrades, we've added a stand to conduct the methanol tests with and an optional protective carrying case. With a metal base, a 20" supporting rod, and a heavy duty clamp, you'll be able to conduct methanol purity tests like a pro!   The heavy duty metal stand is 8" long by 5.25" wide and stands 1.25" high. The included clamp is fully adjustable with a clamping grip of up to 1.5". The clamp can be swiveled 360° on the rod and has 2 clamping sides making it great to use for titrating oil, performing soap tests, or even measuring pH with a portable pH meter. As with our other methanol test kit, our ultimate kit also comes with the same, accurate hydrometer, a calculator, and with a full set of instructions for how to perform purity tests on methanol with great precision.
