Beef testicles, also known as "bull's balls" or "Rocky Mountain oysters," are a type of meat that comes from the testicles of cattle. Some cultures consider them a delicacy and are often served deep-fried or grilled. Desiccated beef testicles, on the other hand, are made by drying and powdering the testicles. The drying process removes all of the moisture from the tissue, leaving behind a concentrated powder that can be used as a supplement. To create desiccated beef testicles, the fresh testicles are first cleaned and sliced into thin pieces. They are then placed in a dehydrator or oven set to a low temperature and left to dry for several hours. The dried pieces are then ground into a fine powder using a food processor or grinder.
