93 Points CellarTracker Member In OCNJ for memorial Day. Last bottle of this designate, decanted for about an hour prior to drinking. Had with a roasted pork loin, potatoes and come veggies Notes from 2020:" Dark garnet color, slight separation at the edges. Ripe and expressive nose showing red fruits, raspberry, tobacco, minerals. Palate is ripe and deep...showing black cherry, rhubarb, cedar(?). Still a firm and energetic wine at 15 years. Full body, long and layered finish...." Very solid showing, wine has aged gracefully at this point but not likely to improve and starting to fade a bit. Not as vibrant as the last tasting, finish was shorter.
