User-friendly top-mounted touchscreen controls allow cooking by time or temperature probe and enable you to save and recall recipes. The adjustable temperature controls range from 80°F to 300°F (27° to 150°C) for heating and holding a variety of foods. A flashing power loss alarm alerts the operator if the unattended cooking cycle is interrupted. At the end of the cook cycle, an audio alarm sounds and automatically switches to holding temperature. The fully insulated cabinet prevents heat loss while the side air tunnel system circulates air evenly throughout the cabinet.
