Size: 16 oz  Grass finished means that the cattle received mostly a grass and/or forage diet their entire lives.  This diet gives both the fat and meat a slightly different color and flavor, which brings it's own health benefits.  These Rib Eyes have fantastic marbling and a slightly meatier or gamier flavor versus standard, corn fed steaks.
