Crochet 102 - Granny Squares

Granny Squares are everywhere!  Let's learn the basics of this versatile building block for crocheted blankets, garments and accessories.  During this two-session class, you'll practice the method for creating your personalized version of this charmer, and be inspired to make many more! Skill Level: Adventurous Beginner  Experience Required: You should be familiar with chain stitches, slipped stitches and double crochet stitch.  It's ok if you're a little rusty or new to crochet -- You'll have a granny square in no time! Special Techniques: Magic ring, working in the round, changing colors, hiding ends, reading crochet symbology Materials Needed: Size F or G crochet hook, scissors, tapestry needle Price: $60 includes class with Rocio and detailed pattern.  Yarn to be purchased at first class.
