Sourdough can be challenging to start.  I have taken the hard work out of starting it for you.  Just rehydrate (PDF instructions available for download) and you can be enjoying the benefits of sourdough bread in just a few days instead of several weeks.  Made with unbleached, all-purpose flour. You will receive 28 grams which is enough to make 2 starters, although with  care, your starter will last in your fridge with regular refreshings from time to time, for years so you can use the rest as a backup or share with a friend.
