Umbrian Gold Bar - Lemon

In the Umbrian Gold Chocolate Collection, Joan Coukos of Chocolat Moderne has teamed up with renowned chef Marc Murphy to create six exquisite new bonbons inspired by Murphy’s Umbrian Gold Extra Virgin Olive Oil.  We are excited to introduce three Umbrian Gold filled double layer bars!   The white chocolate Umbrian Gold Lemon Bar pays homage to popular Italian olive oil cakes.  The top layer is a confection in the form of olive oil pâte de fruit and it is layered onto a white chocolate lemon ganache. The impact of first feeling the lusciousness of the olive oil and then enjoying the rich layer of chocolate provides a heightened sensory experience. Umbrian Gold is a premium, cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil sourced from the sun-drenched hills of Umbria, Italy.   Harvested at the peak of ripeness, its three different olive varietals create a balanced taste that harmonizes fruity, peppery, and slightly bitter notes. High in antioxidants and monounsaturated fats, it is as healthful as
