Chuckanut 100% Rye Whiskey

A 100% Rye whiskey that truly represents this corner of the Pacific Northwest. Made start to finish from 100% locally grown grains. Rye whiskey is known and loved for its distinct character which comes directly from the grain itself - spicy, peppery, yet smooth with a dry finish. Made from rye sourced straight from the farmer within 25 miles of the distillery, Chuckanut 100% Rye exemplifies these characteristics in spades.  Our rye and wheat is grown just up the road from the distillery, and is ground, mashed, and fermented in traditional handmade Douglas Fir wooden washbacks on site. After distillation, we age it to perfection in new charred American oak casks and bottle it at a generous 48% alcohol.  We're pleased to introduce our interpretation of this true American Rye Whiskey that will delight in cocktails, on a big rock, or best of all, neat.
