Fiano, when crafted properly, can be among the most age-worthy wines in all of Italy. Picariello is a master. Organic farming, old vines (some a century old), native yeast fermentation and exceptionally minimal winemaking lend a vibrant intensity to these wines in their youth, but the structure for bottle aging. Amazing value from a top producer in the appellation.
