These Ribeye Steaks come two in a pack. Cut from the rib primal of the cow, the ribeye is the king of steaks. The ribeye is some of the best-marbled meat from the cow, offering the best of both worlds: the central eye has a smooth grain, while the part closest to the bone has a looser grain and fat. We usually cut this package with the bone intact, giving your steak even more flavor when you grill it up. Our ribeyes are typically 10 oz or 18 oz, at the moment, they averaging closer to 16 oz each.
