It features a hollow point non-lead projectile with an OAL of 0.955” to ensure proper function and feeding. Upon impact Terminal Shock bullets fragment into several pieces while still penetrating up to 11 inches. The Terminal Shock's jacket, however, does not fragment allowing the bullet to penetrate deep enough to stop a threat and cause wound cavities of up to 3 inches in diameter.
