Microcline with Quartz Himalaya Mine, Mesa Grande San Diego County, California USA Approx. Dimensions: 3.39 in x 1.95 in x 1.93 in Approx. Weight: 350 grams This specimen combines the earthy luster of Microcline with the glassy luster of transparent Smoky Quartz. One rectangular crystal, creamy white in color, is topped with one well-formed crystal of Smoky Quartz on one edge. Another smaller crystal of Quartz can be found on the underside of the specimen.
