Blue holographic and opal snowflake hoops

So much sparkle on these holographic and opal blue snowflakes! The base of the earring is a semi transluscent blue color. The pictures don't do them justice! Wear them indoors or outdoors and watch them shine! The earrings are brushed with resin on the front to seal in the glitter and opal flakes.
