Seniors can feel lonely and isolated, which can lead to depression, especially after weathering the COVID pandemic. You can help them reconnect at a monthly lunch at the CLC YMCA. The lunch is open to everyone, but appeals most to our seniors, who look forward to it and enjoy the monthly camaraderie.
