Located in the Cassiopeia Consellation, the remnants of a supernova, Cassiopeia A is the youngest known remnant of an exploded star within our galaxy. The outer ring of light is exploded matter and material from the star colliding with gases and dust. Inner bright pink filaments surround an inner loop of green that has scientists stumped.
