A mineral eye shadow, aka unicorn dust, in the form of finely milled shimmering loose pigment, in just about every color of the rainbow! Glide it on for a sheer hint of color, or use on top of a primer, like The Fix, for a punched up pop of long-wearing pigment. Can also be mixed with an Eyeliner Seal to use as a liquid liner.
