From the far off galaxy of Colombia, our Astronaut Decaf is my favorite decaf coffee I roast. These beans are so unique in flavor and also in appearance. As they roast they develop a glossy finish that reminds me of the night sky. I roast our Astronaut Decaf until I smell the sugars caramelizing and then stop right away. This leaves a dark sweetness in the coffee like that in a cherry coke. I love this coffee and know you will as well.
