Please visit www.projectblackpython.org for more information about this awesome organization and to see updates on their research and conservation efforts.   The origin used in this coffee is, of course, from Papua New Guinea, where the Boelens Python occur in the wild.  Coffee from Papua New Guinea are known for their nutty base flavor and roast very well to a medium or dark roast degree.
