Tasting Notes: Dark chocolate, toffee, nutmeg, and hazelnut, with heavy roast flavor Region: Sumatra (Gayo) / Papua New Guinea (Waghi Valley, Jiawaka Province) Processing: Washed Roaster's Comments:  This coffee was created in partnership with Morelia Python Radio, a talk show network that focuses on the breeding and current events of the world of Morelia and other reptile species from around world. When envisioning this coffee, the goal was to select coffees from where the genus Morelia call home.  The two coffees in particular in this blend allowed us the opportunity to create a darker roast, as these beans handle heat very well and retain much of their natural flavor profile throughout the roast.  The result was a very balanced dark roast that gives the full flavor you would expect without the harsh bitterness that can be associated with dark roasts.  We hope you enjoy this collaboration the next time you sit down to watch the latest episode of Carpets and Coffee or any of the other
