Tasting Notes: Chocolate, toffee, and earthy notes with a pleasant citric acidity Region: Brazil (Sul Minas) / Colombia (El Tambo, Cauca) Processing: Brazil Natural / Colombia Washed  Roaster's Comments:  This blend is a collaboration with DaVinci Boas, one of the world's leading breeders of captive bred boa constrictors.  The inspiration behind this offering was to create an all-around enjoyable cup from coffees that originate from the same countries where boa constrictors can be found in the wild.   The result was a medium roast, full bodied cup of coffee that highlights both origins while combining to create something unique of its own.  $1 of every bag of DaVinci Boa blend will be donated to the United States Association of Reptile Keepers (USARK) to continue to promote captive breeding and education initiatives.
