Full Throttle Blend

Tasting Notes: Milk chocolate, almonds, and raspberry  Region: Brazil (Sul Minas) / Honduras (La Paz) Processing:  Brazil (Natural) / Honduran (Washed)  Roaster's Comments:  This blend is a collaboration with Full Throttle Reptiles.  Full Throttle Reptiles is a reptile breeder specializing in ball pythons, sand boas, western hognose, and more!  When creating this blend, we wanted something that would appeal to a wide audience, a coffee that could stand on its own or be used as a base for other coffee drinks. Starting with the Brazil Natural that is a core component in many of our blends, we added in arguably one of our favorite coffees at the roastery, a washed Honduran from the La Paz region.  This combination creates a milk chocolatey coffee with nutty undertones that has a bit of sweetness in the back of the cup that is not too overpowering if used in a flavored coffee beverage.  As with many of our reptile industry partners, $1 of every bag of the Full Throttle blend will be donate
