Lemon Balm Tincture

Lemon Balm is a calming nervine, digestive aid and anti-viral. It's one of our most used daily herbal tinctures and is supportive of the nervous system, digestive system and in times of anxiousness and hyperactivity.  The recommended use is 30-60 drops 1-3x daily or as needed in an ounce or so of water.  Ingredients: certified organic lemon balm (Melissa officinalis), alcohol and filtered water.
