Pepper Shishito [pt], Rooting Down

1 pint  Get that cast iron pan scorchin' hot and throw these bad boys on it until nice and charred. Sprinkle with a little sea salt and you're good to go.  These peppers are mild for the most part, one out of every dozen (or so) will pack a punch!       #appetizer #snack #johnsislandsc
